  1. To review the financial statements on daily basis. To analyze all the sales made by the organization and the reports made by the employee. This also includes to have an eye on the performance matrices in order to keep a check on the productivity measures and the goals achieved on daily basis.
  2. To coordinate all the business activities that are related to the sales of the product, decisions to be made regarding pricing and the delivery of the product to different parts of the globe.
  3. To coordinate all the administrative activities in the organization. This is to assign the tasks to all the employees and to make sure that all these tasks are being performed efficiently and on time.
  4. To create the work schedule of all the employees. A work schedules is a detailed report about the timing of the employees, the relationship between the employees and the specific tasks assigned to a specific employee that needs to be performed by the designated employee in the specified time.
  5. To monitor the availability of the supplies in the warehouse. This is to make sure that all the supplies are readily available in the warehouse for the employees or the customers ordering these supplies.

If I was a HR manager, I will be making sure that the required candidate for the position must have the following skill sets

  5. Interpersonal Skills
  6. Reports analysis skills.
